1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to

Please include your full name, contact information, and proof of course registration.

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if the customer has not completed more than 25% of any course within the program or package.

Approved refunds will be issued after a 10% administrative fee deduction.

No refunds will be granted if the request is submitted after 7 days or if more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.

3. Completion Requirement

The course is designed for optimal learning, and participants are expected to complete at least 70% of the course to gain full access to its benefits.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests based on emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

5. No-Show Policy

As the course is pre-recorded, failure to engage with the course content will not result in a refund or course transfer.
