1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within seven (7) days from the original purchase date only if the customer has not exceeded 25% completion of any course.

For customers enrolled in a full program, learning path, or package, refund eligibility is determined based on progress in any individual course within the program or package.
If more than 25% of any course has been accessed or completed, the refund request will not be approved.

2. Refund Conditions

All approved refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee, deducted to cover processing and operational costs.

No refunds will be granted if:

More than 25% of any course content has been completed or accessed, or

The refund request is submitted after the 7-day refund period.

This policy applies equally to all courses, programs, and packages without exception.

3. Payment Methods and Refund Applicability

Electronic payments made through Cyberior’s official payment gateways are the preferred payment method and constitute full acceptance of this Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

Bank transfers or manual payments are processed only upon the customer’s explicit request.
By choosing a bank transfer or manual payment method, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

The selected payment method is voluntary, and

The same refund policy applies, with no special or alternative refund conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund

- Full name

- Contact information

- Proof of purchase

- Reason for requesting the refund

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date the complete request is received.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests submitted due to exceptional or emergency situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cyberior reserves the right to request supporting documentation, and approval is not guaranteed.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The 10% administrative fee is non-refundable.

Any materials, bonuses, downloadable content, or additional resources provided with the course, program, or package are non-refundable.
